A Premier Private Practice Dental Office serving several patients in the greater Knoxville area is looking for a motivated Associate Dentist due to practice growth and customer demand. This office values honesty, patient experience, work ethic, and thorough work out of its team. The owning doctor encourages their associates to treat patients as they would their family – with a conservative approach to treatment and emphasis on work ethic.

The ideal candidate needs to have an active dental license, a compassionate chairside manner, and a team-first mentality. Patients are only referred out when required treatment is not within the expertise of our practicing dentists and hygienists. The owner and staff are committed to helping the newly hired associate gain the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed. Compensation will be a percentage of collections with a daily guarantee. Minimum first-year compensation is expected to be over $300,000 (previous Associates have made well over $350,000 working 3 days per week and $450,000 working 4 days per week).
